At disposal per hour rent for Mercedes:

E-class: 4 hours — 385€, 8 hours — 660€.  S-class: 4 hours — 650€, 8 hours — 900€.  Minivan V-class: 4 hours — 460€, 8 hours — 710€.  Minibus Sprinter: 4 hours — 490€, 8 hours — 780€.  For buses up to 50 persons — special request by mail.                

Taxi booking conditions.

Rates: all prices, services and rates must be agreed with the customer at the time of booking by e-mail, phone, messengers or mutual. Prices are intended for a single transfer from Monday to Sunday, including VAT.
Prices do not include parking and access permits to airports and ports.
Waiting times from the booked time included in the prices are: 45 minutes in airports, 30 minutes in stations and ports, 15 minutes in hotels or other meeting places. Quotations for meetings and events are on request.

Chauffeurs: all chauffeurs wear uniform, obligated to help with baggage loading and unloading to/from the vehicles. Most drivers speak English, some other languages — by request.

Vehicles: all Mercedes E-, S-class vehicles have maximum capacity up to 3 pax,  Mercedes V- class — up to 7 persons. It is considered no more one  XL luggage per  person’s capacity and any extra baggage must be agreed at advance.

Animals: pets can allowed in our taxi, but it is obligated to declared while booking kind of animals, size, quantity and conditions of transportation. 

Insurance: All vehicles and passengers are fully covered by insurance  according with Italian personal transportation law up to 10 000 euros.

Forbidden areas: All cars are subject to  taxi or NCC license (rental with chauffeur) and have legal permissions to enter for port, ZTL areas, Old Town, pedestrian area, airports and railway stations.

Complaints: do not hesitate to contact customer service in case to complain at any reason.

Supplements:
Extra hour: Mercedes E-Class €55, Mercedes S-Class €90,  Mercedes V-Class €70, Mercedes Sprinter €80. Night supplement from 22.00 to 6.00: +20%.  Week-end supplement from 22.00 to 6.00: +10%.  Official holidays supplement: +40%. Child seat/booster: €15. 

All mentioned conditions provides in accordance with Italian transportation law and  guarantee  maximum protection to the passengers and  luggage.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         PAYMENT METHODS

For some rides during high season and all minivan/bus order we can demand pre-payment. 

We kindly ask to declare payment method by booking:

– Cash directly to the driver by issuing tax receipt by mail;
– Card payment — POS ATM / credit card on board (American Express / Diners included);
– Wire bank transfer in advance;
– PayPal paying online in advance;
– Wire bank transfer paying online in advance.

Tax invoice will be send on-line at the end of the ride.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF RESERVATION

The customer has the right to make a cancellation free of charge up to 48 hours before the service by sending an e-mail to info@florence.taxi indicating customer name, date, time of service and reservation number.

If your flight is canceled and / or has been changed in schedule, no penalties are applied.
